• Promoting the dignity and selfworth of all of our service users, and strive to give them excellent quality of life, as defined by the service users individually or a group.
• Work with those that are close to the client and take onboard their comments, ideas and openions.
• Establish clear goals via their care plan.
• Ensure that client, family and their carers are happy and satisfied with the standard of care that is being given.
• Ensure that staff are trained and received ongoing training and support in their own role to meet the care needs of the clients.
